Irasshaimase! Thank you for visiting Oyatsu Bakery website.

I'm Tomoko, the head baker of Oyatsu Bakery. 

'Oyatsu' means snack in Japanese.

Yes, I'm from Japan.

I started baking for my family. My family has multiple food allergy restrictions which make us unable to buy from other bakeries, and also we miss Japanese flavours a lot. 

Oyatsu Bakery offers gluten-free and dairy-free products, they are also free from soy, peanut, and most tree nuts (I use coconut oil/milk/cream for most products, peacans for peacan pies occationally, and chesnuts for seasonal Mont Blanc Cupcakes).
